Precast Concrete Formliners for Your Specific Forming Solutions

Precast Concrete Offers Many Benefits

Precast concrete accelerates your schedule and saves you money!

Creativity

Off site precast concrete allows more creativity in concrete design. Complex texture, patterns, shapes, and even colors can be created with ease.

Flawless

Nothing will interfere with the quality of the finished product. Not weather, not equipment, not even harmonic resonance of shaker tables!

Time Saving

With no schedule headaches waiting for a concrete pour, your project can complete on time and within budget.

Decorative Concrete Walls with Concrete Patterns and Concrete Textures

As innovators in this space, we know exactly what you need to create the architectural designs of your projects.

Sometimes that means creating what didn’t exist before to solve a potential problem in manufacturing or shipment, like the time we produced and shipped the largest precast panel formliner on an A-frame so it would fit on a wide-load lowboy.

Problem Solving at its Finest: When Experience Matters

A precaster client reached out to us to troubleshoot a geometric wavy pattern that was appearing in the surface of their concrete panels that were intended to be smooth. Our engineering team put their heads together to figure out why our smooth formliners were producing a pattern in the concrete panel. The precaster was first using hydraulic hand mixing vibrators and then their vibrating shakers under the casting tables to reduce bubbles in the concrete.

It turns out the order in which they used the vibrating shaker and hand mixers mattered. The harmonic resonance of the table shaker caused the aggregate in the concrete to arrange in a pattern that showed on the surface of the panel. By changing the sequence of the vibration steps, it removed the unwanted pattern and produced the smooth surface they wanted.
